Troy Quinlan
Troy has spent two decades lifeguarding at Bondi Beach, carrying out rescues and managing challenging conditions. An Australian medallist in sand running, he has also competed in board, ski and swim events at national titles.
As a lifeguard, mentor and coach, Troy loves sharing practical ocean skills. His aim is simple: help people grow in confidence and enjoy their time at the beach and on the water.

Tommy Woodriff
A seasoned Bondi lifeguard and Australian medallist, Tommy brings experience across surf, ski, swimming, sand running and paddleboarding. Through Rose Bay Aquatic Hire, he has helped introduce locals and visitors to life on the harbour.
Tommy’s welcoming personality and depth of experience shape Ultimate’s adventures: engaging, practical and full of local knowledge. Together, the boys bring the stories you’ve seen on Bondi Rescue into experiences you can be part of.
